EnergyX Staff



EnergyX Staff instructs the following:
  • X-Strength
  • Total body strength with a focus on gradually advancing each exercise. Kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, and more may be used in this class.

  • LIT HIIT
  • This class uses the HIIT method (High Intensity Interval Training), while keeping exercises LIT (Low Impact Training). Our Minimal Impact, Maximum intensity exercises using the BOSU Balance Trainer, WaterRower, and more create a combination sure to be LIT!

  • Athlet-X
  • Energy Athlet-X will tap into your inner athlete!
    This high intensity, fast paced class will use battle ropes, slam balls, WaterRowers, and more! 

  • TRX & Flex
  • TRX & Flex is 45 minutes of total body conditioning using the TRX Suspension Trainer, Kettlebells, and your own body weight. A generous dose of strength mixed with explosive cardio will leave you sweaty and strong.
